Andy Echele Eliminated in 6th Place ($24,872)

Level 26 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Andy Echele - 6th Place
Andy Echele - 6th Place

Andy Echele limped in under the gun for 50,000 as did Keith Heine to his left. Action folded to Bill Byrnes in the small blind who called and Stephen Green checked his option.

Both Byrnes and Green checked the {6-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{6-Hearts} flop and Echele fired out 250,000. Heine called while the other two players folded.

Fireworks happened after the {7-Diamonds} came on the turn as Echele fired out 500,000 and was raised all in by Heine. Echele called only to find out he was far behind.

Echele: {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts}
Heine: {6-Clubs}{7-Clubs}

Heine had turned a full house and Echele's tournament life was in desperate need of an ace on the river. It didn't happen though as instead it came the {5-Spades} ending Echele's run in sixth place.

Tim Burden Eliminated in 7th Place ($20,673)

Level 26 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Tim Burden - 7th Place
Tim Burden - 7th Place

Tim Burden, who started today's final table as the chipleader, has been eliminated.

Action folded around to Kou Vang on the button, and he raised to 105,000.

After Dave Simon three-bet to 300,000 from his small blind, Burden then four-bet shoved from his big blind.

Vang folded, and Simon asked for a count.

The dealer confirmed 610,000 total, Simon made the call, and the players tabled their hands.

Burden: {4-Hearts}{4-Clubs}
Simon: {9-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}

The flop came {j-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}, which gave Simon a good portion of the deck to work with in order to eliminate Burden.

The {8-Hearts} on the turn, which gave Simon the straight, was one of those cards.

The dealer fanned the {7-Clubs} on the river, and Burden's place at the final table officially ended.

Byrnes Doubles Through Burden

Level 26 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Keith Heine limped in under the gun and action folded to Tim Burden in the cutoff who raised to 300,000. Bill Byrnes shoved all in for 875,000 and Burden called after Heine folded. Burden and Byrnes went heads up with Byrnes at risk of being eliminated.

Burden: {6-Spades}{6-Hearts}
Byrnes: {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}

Byrnes was ahead and stayed ahead the whole as the board ran out {q-Hearts}{a-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{q-Diamonds}.

Heine Reclaims Some Chips

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

After sending a good amount of his chips to Stephen Green in the previous hand, Keith Heine got some of them back, courtesy of Kou Vang.

Green raised to 90,000 from under the gun, and Keith Heine made the call from the hijack.

Kou, in the cutoff, then checked his stack and re-raised to 315,000, which got a fold from Green.

Heine then four-bet to 1,000,000.

Kou smiled at Heine, and then folded his cards.
