Mike Sloan raised to 2,000 from middle position, and it folded around to Jim Fondy who three-bet to 10,000.
The player on the button flat-called, the player in the small blind then shoved for 9,000, and Sloan made the call for the additional 8,000, which created a side pot.
After Sloan checked the

flop, Fondy bet 17,000, which prompted folds from the player on the button and Sloan and sent the side pot to Fondy, who tabled
for top set.
The player in the small blind then tabled
, which showed he was drawing very thin.
The turn
and river
were of no help and sent him to the rail.
Meanwhile, Fondy collected the massive pot.
