James McCreanor had three-bet jammed from the big blind for 805,000, being called by Simon Wilson in the hijack.
James McCreanor: A♦3♦
Simon Wilson: A♣Q♥
The pot seemed destined for a chop after the 8♥8♠K♥A♥ turn gave both players the same hand, but the 7♥ river made Wilson a flush to secure McCreanor's elimination anyway.
Action was picked up with the cards on their backs and a lot of chips in the middle. Ben Miller was all in and at risk versus the covering stacks of Gair Camilli and Stephen Woodhead. Woodhead was the covering stack.
Ben Miller: A♣K♣
Gair Camilli: K♠J♥
Stephen Woodhead: 9♦9♥
Camilli made two pair across the 8♦J♣7♦Q♠Q♦ runout to eliminate Miller and triple up.
Niall Campbell opened to 85,000 in middle position, which Jon Kyte three-bet to 250,000 in the cutoff. Marc Macdonnell sat on the button and announced his all-in for 1,150,000, folding out Campbell.
Kyte put in an instant call, however, and the cards were tabled.
Marc Macdonnell: Q♠Q♦
Jon Kyte: A♠K♦
Kyte did not pair his hole cards on the 5♠3♥7♠ flop or 5♣ turn. The Q♣ river upgraded Macdonnell to a set, making his double-up official.
Chrysochoidis hit a higher pair on the 10♦ turn, with the 7♣ river changing nothing. Coyle said his goodbyes as Chrysochoidis stacked up his former chips.
Action was picked up on the turn of 6♥9♥10♠4♣ with Mengshi Tian all in for around 300,000. Roman Criado wss in the tank on the button. The all in was worth around half the pot.
After a minute or so more, he made the call.
Mengshi Tian: Q♣Q♥
Roman Criado: 9♦7♦
Criado hit a straight on the 8♦ river to eliminate Tian.
