Ruijs Pays to See

Joris Ruijs raised to 4,500 in the cutoff, which only Jonathan Proudfoot called, defending his big blind.

Proudfoot check-called a bet of 12,000 on the 5♠7♥10♥ flop, before action checked through on the 10♦ turn.

The 7♠ completed the board, and Proudfoot elected to lead out for 30,000. After using one time extension, Ruijs elected to call.

It was bad news for Ruijs, as Proudfoot flipped over 8♣7♦, for the rivered full house.
