O'Rourke Busts Prendergast
Level 6
: Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
Conal Prendergast had become short-stacked and moved all in from early position for 8,000, receiving a call from Conor O'Rourke, with Prendergast at risk.
Conal Prendergast: Q♣Q♠
Conor O'Rourke: A♣A♦
Prendergast had been extremely unfortunate to run his queens into O'Rourke's aces and was already out of his seat before the flop was dealt.
The K♦4♥7♦9♥7♥ runout provided no help for Prendergast and O'Rourke scooped the pot.
