Scott Sends Henderson Packing
Level 23
: Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Emmett Scott opened in early position and was faced with a three-bet jam from Day 1c chip leader Stephen Henderson to 375,000. Scott made the quick call to put Henderson at risk.
Stephen Henderson: A♠8♥
Emmett Scott: K♠K♦
Henderson needed to find an ace and the 5♦J♠K♣ flop left his hopes hanging by a thread. The J♦ turn confirmed his fate giving Scott the full house and sending Henderson to the rail after the Q♦ river.
