Silva De Morgado Doubles Through Palatzky

Level 5 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

On a completed board of 8743A, Marc Palatzky bet 20,000 and Thiago Silva De Morgado then pushed all-in for slightly more than two times of that.

Palatzky sigh-called and was shown the AJ106 for the ace-high flush, to which he was gonna muck the cards. The dealer reminded him that all-in showdowns have to reveal the cards and Palatzky showed K1098 for the king-high flush.

Harry Casagrande was confused and inquired if the showdown rule was new or not.

Harry Casagrande was all-in and at risk with the AK93 on the 9838 turn and Oliver Bolwerk looked him up with the AAJ10.

The 6 river was a blank to send Casagrande to the rail.

Yu Doubles Through Sadovyi

Level 5 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Beiyan Yu
Beiyan Yu

Oleksandr Sadovyi potted to 16,400 preflop for Beiyan Yu and Han Kuo to call.

After the 986 flop, Yu got it in for the 73,300 he had behind and Kuo got out of the way while Sadovyi eventually called.

Yu rolled over the A1077 for the current nut straight and Maximilian Schaper chimed in "and you got jack-ten?!" while looking over to Sadovyi.

Sadovyi tabled the 8865 for a set and Schaper was instantly confused.

The 4 turn and J river changed nothing anymore as Yu doubled.

"You call with that shit?" Sadovyi grinned and Romain Nattaf added "you potted with that shit?"

Sadovyi just smiled and concluded "it is my favourite hand".

Samuli Sipilä
Samuli Sipilä

Dario Alioto min-raised before the blinds went up and was called by Roman Verenko as well as Samuli Sipilä. Thiago Silva De Morgado then potted to 8,800 out of the small blind and all three came along.

The AK5 flop was checked to Sipilä, who bet 12,000. Only Alioto called and faced a pot-sized bet onthe 9 turn. Alioto jammed for 82,100 and Sipilä called.

Samuli Sipilä: AK103
Dario Alioto: QQ82

Alioto needed another heart and received just that with the 6 river. The stacks were counted and Sipilä was covered.

Glib Karpov
Glib Karpov

Mykola Lakatosh gasped in disbelief when his entire stack vanished and one hand only could beat his QQ106 on the Q776J runout. Unfortunately for him, Glib Karpov indeed held the A775 for quads and scored the knockout in style.

Oswin Ziegelbecker
Oswin Ziegelbecker

With the turn showing J94J, Emily Perrinjaquet checked out of the big blind. Oswin Ziegelbecker jammed for the last 24,700 and Perrinjaquet reluctantly called.

Ziegelbecker tabled his AQJ4 for jacks full of fours and Perrinjaquet sighed "I can't win" because the Austrian had her case ace, as she revealed the AAAK. That made the Q river a formality and Ziegelbecker doubled back into contention.

Tim Grau
Tim Grau

Tim Grau checked the AA10J turn before calling a bet worth 8,000 by Harry Casgarande. The 10 river was checked behind by Casagrande and Grau exposed his AK104 for aces full of tens to win the pot.

"I better be careful not to become your medium," Casagrande shrugged and Grau replied "well, sometimes you run good ... ."
