Eduardo Costa - 10th Place
Eduardo Costa - 10th Place

After Alex Manzano raised to 49,000 from under the gun, PokerStars qualifier Eduardo Costa moved all in from the button for 111,000. The blinds folded and Manzano quickly made the call.

Manzano held the {J-Hearts}{7-Hearts} and Costa held the {A-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}. Although Costa held the best of it going to the flop, Manzano did have two live cards. The only thing not live was his suit of hearts.

The flop came down {8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} and gave Manzano a pair of sevens to take the lead. The turn brought the {4-Spades} to leave Costa needing an ace or a queen on the river.

The river delivered the {K-Hearts} and missed Costa. He was up and out of his chair soon after the river hit the felt to shake the hands of his opponents before exiting to the rail in 11th place. Manzano is now up to 2.38 million in chips.
