Anthony Zinno Joins The $580 Main Event Field
2-time WSOP Gold Bracelet Winner, Anthony Zinno, has joined the field in the Main Event at the Lone Star Poker Series. Besides the two WSOP bracelets, Zinno has over 10 Million in live earnings and three WPT titles. We will keep our eyes on Zinno as he builds a stack in Day 1c. Day 1d is the final entry flight for the $580 Main Event. Day 1d begins at 6:00pm CT and offers 4.5 hours of late registration. William Lahti is the Main Event Day 1b Chip Leader
William Lahti drove 150 miles from the Austin, Texas area to be in Houston for the Lone Star Poker Series. A few days of lackluster results came and went before Lahti made waves on Day 1b by finishing as the end-of-day chip leader.

Min Zhang Finishes as the Main Event Day 1a Chip Leader
Day 1a of the Lonestar Poker Series $580 Main Event was a huge success! Nearly 70% of the guarantee was met in the first flight and some memorable faces made Day 2 with big stacks.
Lisa Fleishman, the winner of the Kickoff Event last week, bagged 733,000 and only one player had more chips than she did. Min Zhang, the $400 NLH Deepstack champ, had just 1,000 more than to take the chip leader spot for Day 1a. These two ladies will get today to rest before coming back Sunday in a great position to run deep.
