Siciliano Shot Down by Monteiro

Level 13 : 1,200/2,400, 300 ante

Fares Shehadeh raised to 6,000 from under the gun and was called by Marco Siciliano in mid-position, Pedro Monteiro on the button, and David Carrasco in the big blind.

The flop came {2-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}, both Carrasco and Shehadeh check-folded when Monteiro raised the 11,500 bet of Siciliano to 26,000 and Siciliano called.

The turn was the {4-Hearts} to pair the board up. Siciliano shoved for around 58,000 and Monteiro called.

Marco Siciliano: {3-Clubs}{3-Hearts}
Pedro Monteiro: {10-Hearts}{10-Spades}

They both held a pocket pair with Monteiro holding the better one.

The river completed the board with the {a-Clubs} for the situation to not change and Siciliano getting eliminated.

D'Antoni Into the Chip Lead

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

Daniel Mor raised to 4,500 from the lojack and was called by Naji Ghoson in the hijack. Nicolaj D'Antoni three-bet to 13,800 from the button and Mor was the only one to make the call.

The flop came {2-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{q-Hearts}, Mor check-snap-called the shove by D'Antoni with the shorter stack so he'd be at risk.

Daniel Mor: {A-Hearts}{6-Hearts}
Nicolaj D'Antoni: {A-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}

They both held ace-high with D'Antoni with the higher kicker but Mor had the flush draw.

The rest of the board was completed with the {9-Spades} on the turn and the {j-Diamonds} on the river to eliminate Mor from the tournament and propel D'Antoni into the chip lead.

Drosakis Loses it All

Level 11 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

Alexandros Drosakis raised to 3,600 from mid-position, Yotam Bar-Yosef three-bet to 8,300 from the hijack, and Arie Kliper four-bet to 23,000 from the cutoff. Action folded back to Drosakis who shoved for 34,400. Bar-Yosef decided to also shove with the bigger stack. Kliper tanked as he still had around 30,000 left so he would be at risk if he made the call. After a while, Drosakis called the clock on him. The floor came over and the dealer explained the situation to the floor. The floor didn't say anything to Kliper and Kliper folded after contemplating for a bit longer.

Alexandros Drosakis: {K-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}
Yotam Bar-Yosef: {A-Hearts}{A-Clubs}

The board ran out {6-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} for Bar-Yosef to hold with the pocket aces to eliminate Drosakis from the Grand Event for today.

Tsvi Cohen: {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades}

The flop came {7-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{9-Spades} for Marinelli to stay ahead.

The river brought them the {6-Hearts} to pair the board and double Marinelli up.
