€170 PokerNews Championship Takes Centre Stage at Malta Poker Festival
The time has nearly arrived for the €170 PokerNews Championship to steal the spotlight at the 2025 Spring Edition of the Malta Poker Festival.
This exciting trophy event kicks off at 5 p.m. local time inside the iconic Portomaso Casino. Designed as a two-day affair, Day 1 is scheduled to wrap once the tournament reaches the money bubble. The top 15% of players will lock up a payout and return the next day at 6 p.m. to battle it out for the title. Day 2 rolls back two levels from when Day 1 ends.
The tournament features a €170 buy-in (€150 + €20), 25-minute blind levels, and a 30,000-chip starting stack. Players have up to two reentries, and late registration will remain open through the first ten levels.
