Janssen Doubles via Jimenez

A pot of 30,000 had developed by the turn, on a board of K♣2♦2♥10♦, in a hand between Francisco Jimenez in the cutoff and Ferry Janssen in the small blind.

Janssen fired out a bet of 21,500, and after quite a bit of deliberation, Jimenez called.

The 9♦ river completed the board, and Janssen took at least two minutes before he moved all in for around 49,000, sending Jimenez deep into the tank.

After around three minutes, Jimenez made the call, but was shown the bad news when Janssen tabled A♣2♣ for the rivered trip deuces. Jimenez had K♠Q♠ for two pair, kings and deuces.

On the 10♥6♦4♠ flop, Maskell check-called versus a bet of 4,500 from Stoll.

The 8♠ hit on the turn, and Maskell check-jammed to 55,500 in the face of a double-barrel from Stoll of 20,000. After some deliberation Stoll folded.

Maskell offered to show one, and Stoll picked the 3♠.

On the 10♣8♥4♣ flop, Fuge check-called versus a bet of 4,500 from Uzan.

The 8♣ turn and 6♣ river were checked through. Despite Fuge having no club, her A♥Q♦ for ace-high was good enough to force Uzan to muck.

Churkin slid out a huge overbet of 100,000, covering Dedoni, who had around 92,000 behind.

Dedoni looked perplexed by the bet, and went into the tank. After around two minutes, he tapped the table and folded. After asking Churkin to show, he tabled 10♦9♥ for the turned straight.
