Sevens Are Good for Derwiche

Level 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

All the chips went in the middle preflop between Imad Derwiche, seated on the button and holding {7-Diamonds}{7-Spades}, against his opponent in the big blind, who called at risk for a stack around 35,000 with {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}.

Derwiche won the flip thanks to a board {4-Hearts}{5-Spades}{k-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{5-Hearts} and took down the pot, eliminating a player at the same time.

Jamil Takes One to Charuf

Level 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

In a blind versus blind situation, the flop was {j-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{5-Spades} when Norberto Charuf check-called Karim Jamil for 1,200.

Charuf also check-called Jamil for 2,000 on the {10-Diamonds} turn and {6-Clubs} appeared on the river. Both quickly checked and Charuf revealed {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}, which wasn't good to claim the pot as Jamil tabled {8-Spades}{2-Hearts} for a pair of eights.

Adam Builds his Stack

Level 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

It folded to Jean-Luc Adam on the button who opened for 2,500 and picked up a call from Chakib Bennani in the big blind.

The flop revealed {k-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} and Bennani check-called Adam's continuation's bet for 3,900. The same action happened on the {3-Spades} turn, this time for 7,600.

Both players checked on the {a-Diamonds} river and Adam tabled {k-Spades}{10-Diamonds} for two pair while Bennani sent his cards into the muck.

All the chips went in the middle on the {a-Hearts} turn. Jbirane shoved for a remaining stack around 15,000 and Sarmineto snap-called:

Gilquel Takes It on the Flop

Level 7 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

It folded to Andre Gilquel on the button who limped and so did David Vergnes in the small blind. Jose Aguilera decided to raise it to 4,000 in the big blind and both his opponents called.

The dealer showed a flop {2-Spades}{4-Spades}{q-Diamonds} and it checked to Aguilera who bet 3,500. Gilquel announced all in and it was enough to grab the pot right away as Vergnes and Aguilera mucked their hands.
