Finger Drops Chips

Level 17 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Bryan Paris doubled up through Martin Finger with {Q-}{Q-} versus {A-}{J-} and then the German raised from under the gun to get called by Chris Dowling and Per Munksgaard in the big blind.

Only Munksgaard check-called a continuation bet worth 16,000 on the flop {Q-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{J-Spades}. On the {7-Clubs} turn, the Dane check-called 38,000 and then moved all in after the {4-Clubs} river, The former big stack of Finger had melted and he folded to give himself a better spot later on.

Jansma Chops with van de Venne

Level 17 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Andre van de Venne moved all in for 48,000 from early position and Jan Jansma called all in for 11,000 out of the small blind. The latter was ready to leave and stood up while Per Munksgaard was still to make a decision. Then the Dane folded and Jansma flipped over {A-Spades}{2-Hearts}.

Van de Venne had that beat with {A-Diamonds}{J-Spades} but the flop came {4-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{3-Clubs}. The {K-Spades} turn bricked, yet the {2-Diamonds} river ensured a split pot. "So well played by me," Jansma joked and then stared at the board. "Oh no, I didn't even see the deuce."

Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante
Govert Metaal
Govert Metaal

Govert Metaal three-bet shoved for around 100,000 with the {J-Hearts}{J-Spades} and was called by Donald Rae with {A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}. The flop {A-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{3-Hearts} was very bad news for the Dutchman, who only had two outs remaining. Neither the turn nor the river gave any help and Metaal headed to the rail.

Herman Hansen

Herman Hansen opened to 12,500 and Timothy Adams three-bet to 27,500 from one seat over. Hansen clicked to 42,500 and was called by the Canadian to see a flop of {8-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{10-Spades}. Hansen shoved for 100,000 and Adams called!

Hansen: {A-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}
Adams: {7-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}

The {9-Clubs} turn and {K-Diamonds} river both bricked and Hansen stumbled away from the table in disbelief after missing out the money by just a few spots.
