Koot Off to a Great Start

The 
hit the turn and the big blind checked. Koot bet 2,225 and Emo called again. The big blind check-raised to a little over 6,000 and Koot went into the tank before shoving. Emo folded immediately, the big blind called after about 30 seconds or so.
Koot needed the board to pair with his set of kings as his opponent had the nuts with
