If it was, Bonding would have the option to raise again would Kabrhel call. If it wasn't, Bonding could only call or fold if Kabrhel would call.
The floor came over and told the table that it wasn't a raise and that Bonding could only call if someone else would call. Despite this information, Kabrhel folded. So did the rest, Bonding called.
