The river was the {k-Spades}. Jeschka bet 1,650,000. Liperis took some time before he called and saw that he was pipped as his stack fell below Jeschka's.

The flop came {7-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} to pair Jeschka. Both players checked. The turn was the {10-Spades}. Jeschka bet 500,000 and Liperis called.

The river came the {4-Hearts}. Jeschka fired 875,000. Liperis thought for a bit and called and saw that he was beat as Jeschka took the pot before break.

Hadioglu reshoved for 9,820,000 and Liperis quickly got out of the way. The {k-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} flop gave Hadioglu top set and Akiki was already drawing dead by the time the {3-Spades} fell on the turn.

The meaningless river was the {j-Spades} and Akiki made his exit in eighth place.
