Wehrwein Coolers Campan, Faces Shove From Meran

Level 2 : Blinds 200/500, 500 ante

Eugen Wehrwein bet 3,000 from the small blind on a flop of {a-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{2-Spades} before Christian Campan raised to 8,000 from the cutoff.

Wehrwein called as the {9-Diamonds} fell on the turn. Campan bet another 12,000 and Wehrwein again called. The river fell the {8-Clubs} and Campan bet 18,000. Wehrwein snap-called as Campan showed {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds} for top pair, but Wehrwein had spiked the turn with {a-Clubs}{9-Spades} to make two pair and take the pot.

The next hand, Wehrwein raised to 1,500 from the button before Alberto Meran reraised to 8,000 in the big blind. Wehrwein called and the flop came {4-Spades}{6-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}.

Meran continued for 9,000 and Wehrwein came back with a raise to 20,000. Meran then shoved all in and Wehrwein instantly folded.
