Shkedy Takes It On The Turn

Level 6 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

After an open of 1,700 from Gursel Gulfer from the cutoff, Yaron Shkedy flat called the button and the big blind came along too.

When a {2-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} fell, it drew a continuation bet of 2,400 from Gulfer. He was met with a call from Shkedy and the big blind let it go.

After the {10-Diamonds} turn card was tabled, Gulfer slowed down, checking his option. He was met with a bet as Shkedy took over the betting making it 3,700. The Brit quickly mucked awarding the pot to his table mate.

Salvino Salvatore bet 2,000 from the button and was called by the small blind.

Salvatore bet 3,000 on the flop of {6-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{3-Spades} and the small blind called. Both players checked the {q-Diamonds} turn.

The Italian Salvatore bet 10,000 on the {4-Clubs} river and the small blind called. Salvatore turned over {q-Clubs}{q-Spades} for queens full of threes to take down the pot.

Roy Tannous

With around 12,000 chips in the pot on a {5-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{6-Hearts} board, it was Roy Tannous in the hijack who was firing 7,200 into the pot against his opponent and one of the biggest stacks in the room so far, Damir Zhugarlin.

Zhugralin decided on a fold, moving Tannous' stack closer to the size of Zhugarlin's. Tannous motioned like he wanted Zhugarlin to call as he raked in the pot.
