Amiri Stacks Lousky

Level 3 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Ehsan Amiri just boosted his stack by eliminating Simon Lousky.

There were around 125,000 chips in the pot on a 3786K board when Amiri had bet 125,000, more than enough to cover the stack of Lousky, who had around 105,000 remaining. Several time banks later and Lousky finally decided to put himself at risk.

Amiri then revealed a straight with 109, and Lousky sent his cards into the muck, claiming he had pocket eights.

Jan Petersen had his poker face on not so long ago and it earned him a pot that took his stack to around 350,000.

The board read 4K97 and with over 100,000 in the middle, Petersen fired 80,000 from the small blind. His opponent didn't want to continue and laid it down, allowing Petersen to take the pot.

Vinokurov On the Wrong End of a Cooler

Level 2 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Anton Vinokurov found himself on the wrong end of a cooler and had to make his way to the exit!

The action was picked up on the turn with the board reading 107310 and Vinokurov had fired 24,000 from the small blind, which Nasser Al Mujaibel called in middle position.

A 9 filled out the board and after Vinokurov tapped the table, Al Mujaibel bet 90,000. Vinokurov wasted no time in shoving for around 150,000, and Al Mujaibel snap-called with a covering stack.

Vinokurov then tabled a boat with 99, but Al Mujaibel had a bigger boat with 107 to earn the pot and the knockout!

Level 2 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
Sofia Merkulova
Sofia Merkulova

With around 30,000 in the middle on a board of 389A, Sofia Merkulova fired out 10,000 from middle position and Vladislav Dubanov min-raised to 20,000 from the next seat. Merkulova called.

A 7 completed the runout and after Merkulova checked, Dubanov used some extra time before he bet 75,000. Merkulova waited for a few moments before she moved all in, and Dubanov asked for a count.

It was 152,000 total and with a huge sigh, Dubanov folded his hand.
