When it folded to Zorlu Er in the small blind, he raised to roughly 360,000 with just Adrian State to get through in the big blind. State made the call with only around 240,000 remaining in his stack.
Both players checked the 9♦2♦6♦ flop to see the A♥ roll off on the turn. Er bet enough to put State all in, and State went into the tank. After burning through around five of his time bank cards, State made the call.

State was ahead with king-high and just had to fade a jack or five that wasn't a diamond to double. The river was the 5♦ to give State a flush, and he earned the much-needed double-up on one of the first hands on Day 3.
