Shortly after losing most of his chips with queens against trips, Taran Parmar moved all-in with his short stack of around five big blinds. Selahaddin Bedir looked him up, making the call with the covering stack.

Parmar gestured to the masseuse to stop as he caught a glimpse of Zhang's trips. The turn was the 2♦ and the river was the 7♦. Zhang held and Parmar thought he was eliminated.
"I had to call right?" he asked tablemates.
"Yes, it's a cooler," said another player.
After getting the count, Parmar still had a handful of chips left to play with. "Carry on, carry on...," he said to the masseuse, "I need to relax even more now."
Daniel Thaller open-shoved all in from early position and was called by the player in the big blind, who had a huge stack to cover.

It was a classic race, and the K♥7♣K♣10♣8♦ board ran out in the big blind's favour, giving him two pair with the kings on board and his pocket nines. Thaller was eliminated.
Action was on the river on a board of 7♠A♥9♠2♥6♥ with around a million chips in the pot. Chady El Ojeil had a bet of 550,000 out in the middle and Vikesh Shah was in the middle of sweating it out, using a time bank and getting the count before finally making the call.
El Ojeil showed J♥9♥ for a flush, and Shah mucked his hand, giving El Ojeil the pot.

Orhan Ates open-raised from middle position and Mengdian Peng three-bet to 250,000 from late position. Ates had a think and then made the call.
The flop came J♣J♥6♦ and Ates checked. Peng made it 175,000 to go and Ates moved all in for over 600,000. Peng made the call and players showed their cards.

Ates was ahead with his two pair, queens and jacks. The turn came the 4♥ to give Peng outs to a flush. The K♠ river gave Peng a higher two pair to win the pot, putting him among the chip leaders, while Ates was sent to the rail.
Koray Sapci moved all in from late position for around 600,000. Xiaosheng Zheng took a moment before throwing in a chip to make the call. Players revealed their cards, with Sapci at risk.

Sapci was dominated. He picked up some backdoor outs on the 2♠9♣6♣ flop, and some more flush outs on the 4♠ turn. Nothing came of it, though, and the 9♦ river sent Sapci out. Zheng, a serious contender with a decent record of results, added to his stack.
