Big Pot For Atallah
Level 38
: Blinds 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante
Michel Atallah opened to 1,200,000 from the hijack and was called by Nenad Dukic on the button.
The dealer revealed a flop of 8♠10♥8♥, and Atallah checked. To apply pressure on his opponent with his big stack, Dukic bet 1,000,000. Atallah made the call.
The A♥ came on the turn, and Dukic fired a second barrel of 5,000,000. After some time, Atallah check-called once again.
Finally, on the river 3♥, which added a fourth heart to the board, Atallah took the lead and bet 4,000,000.
Dukic eventually called with 5♥5♠ for a flush. However, Atallah held A♦K♥ for a better flush and won this big pot. As a result, both players are around 30 millions chips.
