Papazian Takes a Drink, Then Doubles Off Suvorov

Level 5 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

With around 10,000 in the pot on a flop of A10K, Anatoly Suvorov bet 6,000 from the hijack and Alexandru Papazian called in middle position.

The turn was the 5 and Suvorov bet 13,000. Papazian stopped to take a swig of his drink and spent a minute in the tank before calling.

The 2 came on the river and Suvorov bet another 21,000. Papazian again tanked for a moment before moving all in for 40,000. Suvorov quickly called.

Papazian then showed 1010 for a set and Suvorov mucked AK.

Level 4 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
Boris Angelov
Boris Angelov

Three players went to the river on a board of 77A55 when Damir Gabdullin bet 25,000 from the cutoff. Boris Angelov called on the button, as did Saro Tekyildiz under the gun.

Gabdullin showed 65 for a full house and Angelov turned over A5. Tekyildiz mucked.

The dealer was about to chop the pot before Angelov pointed out he had the higher full house and earned the full pot. Another tablemate then chimed in and said both players had sevens full of fives. "This isn't Omaha," he said.

"He has fives over sevens. I had fives over aces," Angelov corrected. The situation took a few minutes to resolve before the pot was eventually sent to Angelov.
