Stefanos Kyprianou opened to 10,000 from the cutoff and Alisa Sibgatova defended from the big blind.
The flop came J♣5♠8♥ and Sibgatova check-called a 7,000 continuation-bet from Kyprianou.
Sibgatova check-called another bet on the 4♠ turn, this time for 18,000.
Both players checked the 4♠ river. Sibgatova had 9♣6♣ for a pair of sixes and missed gutshot. Kyprianou turned over top pair with K♣J♠ to take the pot.
Marco Leonzio is also at this table and with just over 1,000,000 chips is one of, if not the biggest stack in the room.
Danielle Noja made it 10,000 from the cutoff and Aleksandar Tot called on the button. The big blind also came along.
The trio saw a flop of 7♠K♦9♠ where the big blind checked, and Noja continued for 13,000. Tot called, and the big blind got out of the way.
A 2♥ dropped on the turn and Noja showed no signs of slowing down with a bet of 28,000, which again Tot called.
An A♣ filled out the board and Noja gathered chips for a third time and fired 57,000 into the pot. Tot took one more peek at his cards before deciding they were no good, and tossed them into the muck.
A player in the cutoff opened to 12,000 and Yevhen Buhaichuk defended from the big blind.
Both players checked the K♥10♥8♦ flop leading to the 7♠ turn. Buhaichuk bet 8,000 and the cutoff called.
Buhaichuk continued for 20,000 on the 3♥ river and was once again called by his opponent. Buhaichuk turned over J♣9♣ for the nut-straight to take the pot.
Iurii Saiapin made a min-raise preflop and Eyal Eshkar shoved behind for 51,000. Once the blinds folded, Saiapin stuck in the call, which left Eshkar at risk.
Eyal Eshkar: K♠Q♦
Iurii Saiapin: A♣6♣
Eshkar was behind and despite pairing his queen on the flop, he was still behind as Saiapin connected with his ace on A♠7♥Q♠. The 7♣ turn was a terrible card for Eshkar, and he couldn't find a way to survive as the 9♠ river confirmed his elimination.
Level: 15
Blinds: 2,000/5,000
Ante: 5,000
Iurii Saiapin opened to 8,000 from under the gun and was called by Dean Hutchison in middle position and a player in the big blind.
The flop came Q♦J♦6♥. The big blind checked, Saiapin bet 8,000, Hutchison called and the big blind called.
Action checked around to Hutchison who bet 20,000 on the 9♣ turn. Both opponents made the call.
The big blind led for 30,000 on the 5♦ river. Saiapin got out of the way before Hutchison moved all in for 47,000. The big blind snap-called with a covering stack.
Hutchison tabled the nut-straight with K♣10♣ to secure a full double up.
In a cutoff-against-button situation, Uladzimir Zhyharau and Ryan Mandara got their chips in the middle with the latter at risk for his stack of around 220,000.
Uladzimir Zhyharau: Q♣Q♦
Ryan Mandara: A♠K♦
It was an all-too-familiar coinflip which looked to be goung Zhyharau's way after the 2♠8♥J♥ flop, as his pocket queens kept their lead. However, things all changed on the K♠ turn as Mandara paired his king and leapt in front. A J♠ on the river didn't help Zhyharau, and Mandara doubled up.
Tomy Greineisen opened from middle position and Victor Fryda called in the cutoff before Aleksandr Kirichenko three-bet the big blind to 37,000. Both Greineisen and Fryda called.
They went to a flop of 2♣J♣K♥ where Kirichenko bet 26,000, Greineisen folded, and Fryda called.
An A♣ dropped on the turn and Kirichenko slowed down with a check, then Fryda bet 56,000. After some time, Kirichenko called.
When the 6♥ completed the runout, Kirichenko checked again and Fryda went with a bet of 120,000. Kirichenko snap-called..
Fryda then showed a straight with Q♦10♦, and Kirichenko tabled his K♣K♦ for a flopped set.
