Bakhos Joumaa opened to 80,000 from under the gun and Aleksandr Pak, seated directly to his left, three-bet to 190,000. Joumaa made the call.

The flop came A♠J♠6♥ and Joumaa led with a 260,000 bet that was called by Pak, who had 385,000 behind.

Joumaa moved all in on the J♦ turn with a covering stack and Pak made the call, putting himself at risk.

Georges Chehade called from the button, with about 1,500,000 behind, before Ruslan Bakhtiev three-bet shoved from the big blind, covering both players. Immediately following the elimination of Umit Sadi in 25th place at another table, Henrick Brockmann shoved from the small blind for 815,000 on a board reading J♠9♦7♦4♠ and around 900,000 already in the middle. Zhen Chen was under the gun and tanked for around five minutes before calling with a covering stack to put Brockmann at risk.
