Khouzami Sends Two to the Rail

Level 11 : Blinds 1,500/2,500, 2,500 ante
Damir Zhugralin
Damir Zhugralin

Damir Zhugralin put his last 6,000 into the middle from early position and Anthony Khouzami three-bet to 13,000 from middle position. Andrei Konopelko four-bet to 41,500 from the blinds and Khouzami five-bet shoved to put Konopelko all in. Konopelko had roughly 140,000 remaining in his stack, and after a few moments, made the call to put himself at risk.

Damir Zhugralin: K2 All in
Andrei Konopelko: AQ All in
Anthony Khouzami: QQ

Khouzami had both of his opponents easily covered and just had to fade a disastrous runout to add even more chips to his stack.

The runout came 544J9, which meant Khouzami's two queens stayed ahead the entire time. Zhugralin and Konopelko were out, and the pot was sent to Khouzami.
