Chady Ojeil Eliminated in 6th Place ($80,500)
A big, big hand just resulted in the elimination of Chady Ojeil.
Ojeil raised from under the gun to 800,000 and Mikhail Zavoloka called from the cutoff before Nenad Dukic made it 2,500,000 on the button. Ojeil called, and Zavoloka got out of the way.
The flop came K♥3♥4♠ and Ojeil check-called a bet of 1,200,000 from Dukic to see the 3♦ turn. Again Ojeil checked and again Dukic fired, this time for 2,700,000. Ojeil used some extra time and eventually called.
A J♦ fell on the river and Ojeil checked for a third time, then Dukic shoved. Ojeil had 6,050,000 behind and burned through most of his remaining time banks before he put a stack of chips in the pot to signify a call.
Dukic then showed A♥A♦ for a pair of aces, which was good against the K♠Q♠ of Ojeil, who had paired his king on the flop.
