The $5,300 High Roller returns for Day 3 at 1:00 p.m. local time on Saturday, August 2, inside the Crystal Cove Hotel and Casino, where the remaining contenders will battle it out for the $310,000 top prize and the trophy.

Following the close of late registration, the field officially reached a record-breaking 318 entries, making this the biggest High Roller in Merit Poker history. That pushed the prize pool to $1,462,800, with 43 players returning for the final day of play.

Jakub Michalak of Poland leads the way today with 2,170,000 chips, just ahead of Mohamed El-Wely who bagged 2,150,000 yesterday to sit in second place. Coming with the third biggest stack of 1,625,000 is bracelet winner Ohad Geiger of Israel.

Serbia'sNenad Dukic returns right in the middle of the pack in 22nd place with a stack of 700,000, which is good for 35 big blinds. The experienced professional captured the Main Event at the 2025 Merit Poker Carmen Series earlier this year, earning a career-best score of $401,000. Oozing with confidence from that victory, Dukic is certainly one to keep an eye on throughout today’s action.

Blinds begin at 10,000/25,000 with a 25,000 big blind ante, and the first target for all returning players will be to make it into the top 41, where they will lock up a min-cash worth $9,500. From there, the road to the final table begins, with the goal of playing down to a champion by the end of the day.
