Danilov's Ladies Go Down to Michalak's Boat; Gabdullin Busts

At the end of the previous level, Jakub Michalak raised to 10,000 from the hijack before Damir Gabdullin jammed the cutoff for 77,000. Anton Danilov four-bet to 140,000 out of the big blind, and Michalak just called.

With Gabdullin all-in, Danilov and Michalak checked the 6♣5♦J♠ flop to see the 8♦ appear on the turn. Danilov checked for a second time, and Michalak bet 35,000. Danilov took a while, but in the end, made the call.

Danilov checked one last time on the 8♠ river and Michalak bet 90,000. Danilov put his head in his hands and was visibly distressed by the spot he was in. After some time, he called and Michalak showed J♣J♦ for a boat. Danilov revealed an overpair with Q♥Q♦, while Gabdullin hit the rail as he tabled A♦10♠.

Hady El-Asmar just lost all of his chips to Quan Zhou in a pot of around 700,000. The completed board showed 7♠Q♠7♥10♠8♣ and El-Asmar flipped over 10♥10♦ for a full house. However, this was behind to the 7♣7♦ of Zhou for flopped quads.

After the chips were counted, it was deemed that Zhou had the larger stack by just a few thousand. El-Asmar headed to the exit while telling a few of his friends along the way about his incredibly unlucky exit hand.

Arriving at the table to see 300,000 or so was already in the pot on a board of 6♣10♣J♦9♠. Hassan Nashar checked from early position and Aleksandr Chernikov jammed for his last 142,000 from the button. Nashar counted out the chips and paused briefly before making the call.

Chernikov had aces, but if Nashar could find one of his many outs on the river, he would be the first player to move into the seven-figure club. However, the 7♠ dropped on the river and Chernikov won the pot of around 600,000 with his bullets.

On the flop of 3♠K♣2♣, Antoine Farhat had 30,000 placed out in front of him in the small blind, before Changyang Liu jammed for 130,000 from the big blind. Konstantin Voronin moved all in over the top with the covering stack, which forced Farhat to fold.

Voronin was ahead with his set of deuces, but Liu had a flush draw. The A♥ turn gave Liu a few extra outs, but the Q♦ wasn't one of them. Liu hit the rail, and Voronin added to his stack.

In a battle of the blinds, Mokhles Nsir and Adrian State just got involved in a pot of around 250,000 preflop, with Nsir being all-in and at risk.

Nsir had tanked for a considerable amount of time preflop before making the call for his entire stack.

The 7♠3♦K♥ flop offered him a chance to win the pot, having paired his king. However, he couldn't improve to trips on the 8♠ turn or 9♠ river, and all of his chips were absorbed into State's stack.

Heads-up to the turn on a board of 4♣A♠5♦Q♣, and with around 40,000 in the middle. Ghassan Abou Khalil was first to act from middle position and led out for 15,000. Jakub Michalak, who was seated on the button, took a few moments before making the call.

The A♦ rolled off on the river and Khalil checked. Michalak fired out a bet of 65,000, causing Khalil to go into the tank. After doing some inventory and having a look over at Michalak, Khalil made the call.

Michalak flipped over trip aces with A♥10♥, prompting Khalil shook his head and mucked his cards.
