Isaev Keeps Firing Into Sakarya

Nikolai Isaev opened to 16,000 from middle position and Yaser Sakarya called from the hijack.

On the J♥K♣3♠ flop, Isaev bet 20,000 and Sakarya called to the 7♠ turn. Isaev, not one to slow down, fired again for 55,000, and again Sakarya called.

A 2♣ filled out the board and Isaev put out a third bet of 80,000. Sakarya didn't need to think for too long before he let it go, and Isaev added to his big stack.

Liklikadze Steals the Pot From Isaev

Grigoli Liklikadze raised the button and was immediately three-bet to 58,000 by Nikolai Isaev in the small blind. Liklikadze called to see a flop.

Isaev put out a continuation-bet of 40,000 on the 5♠2♠K♣ flop, and Liklikadze called.

Check, check came after the 8♠ turn and both players saw a 2♣ complete the board. Isaev checked again, but Liklikadze bet 80,000. Isaev thought it over for a while, but in the end, he settled on a fold.

Ofir Bitton shoved in his stack of 57,000 from early position and Dani Rashed three-bet to 150,000 to isolate in middle position. Everybody else folded, leaving the pair heads up.

Bitton was ahead with his eights, but needed to fade four more outs after the 10♣9♠J♥ flop gave Rashed a gutshot. A K♥ on the turn propelled Rashed into the lead with a pair of kings, which left Bitton needing an eight only.

Instead, the Q♣ on the river put a straight on board, but Rashed was holding the ace to make a bigger straight, which eliminated Bitton.

Jontulovic Shows Golan a Flush

Bogdan Jontulovic raised the button and Navot Golan defended his big blind.

Golan check-called a bet of 11,000 from Jontulovic on the 10♣2♥Q♥ flop.

A Q♦ on the turn checked through for the 6♥ to complete the board. Golan placed out a block bet of 8,000, and after giving it some thought, Jontulovic raised to 120,000.

Golan deliberated for quite some time over how to proceed before folding and showing the 10♥. Jontulovic dragged in the pot and showed a flush with 8♥7♥, much to the delight of Golan.

Antoni Starts the Day With a Double; Vukomanovic Busts

Predrag Vukomanovic opened it to 16,000 from the hijack and Besiana Antoni jammed for around 125,000 from the small blind. Vukomanovic called for around three-quarters of his stack in an attempt to bust Antoni.

Vukomanovic was behind Antoni's ace-high, but he had two live cards working for him.

A flop of A♠2♦K♣ helped both players, while it was Antoni who still held the lead with top pair. The rest of the board ran out J♣3♠ and Antoni scored a crucial double-up.

Vukomanovic was left with just five big blinds and was eliminated a few hands later.
