Qasem Decimates Zhugralin on the Turn

Level 14 : Blinds 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante
Mohammad Qasem
Mohammad Qasem

Mohammad Qasem and Damir Zhugralin were heads-up on a board of {10-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{5-Spades}{7-Spades} when Qasem, in the big blind, got his last 170,000 in the middle as Zhugralin had him covered and at risk.

Zhugralin had {q-Clubs}{q-Hearts}, but Qasem turned over {7-Clubs}{5-Clubs} for two pair as he stood up from his seat to await the river. It came the harmless {3-Diamonds} and Qasem doubled up.

Noja Can't Let Go of the Full House

Level 14 : Blinds 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Danielle Noja and Furkan Beg were heads-up on the river with the board showing {q-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} when Beg bet 25,000.

"How many times do I have to be right here? I have a full house. If you all give me 5,000 I'll fold," Noja said as a tablemate tossed him a blue 5,000 chip.

Noja eventually called as Beg turned over {5-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}. "Ah," Noja yelled out as he flipped over {6-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} for a higher full house.

"How do you call," Beg asked him after the hand.

"Like this," Noja replied as he put his hand in the middle of the table. "I'll explain to you later," he added as the two players continued to discuss the hand.

Nakhjavani Shoves the River

Level 14 : Blinds 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Three players, including Saman Nakhjavani in the cutoff, put in 10,000 before the flop as the dealer turned over {3-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{7-Hearts}.

All three players checked to the {q-Spades} turn, when Nakhjavani bet 15,000. The big blind called before an opponent in early position raised to 35,000.

Only Nakhjavani called to see the {2-Diamonds} river, when his opponent bet another 50,000. Nakhjavani came back with an all-in shove, and his opponent, with around 170,000 behind, tanked for about two minutes before exposing the {a-Hearts} and tossing it into the muck.

Anton Smacks the Flop to Triple

Level 14 : Blinds 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Ionel Anton was all in from early position for around 40,000 and was called by Maksim Skripkin on the button. Dmitry Yurasov, in the big blind, reshoved and Skripkin gave it some thought before folding.

Ionel Anton: {a-Hearts}{9-Hearts}
Dmitry Yurasov: {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}

Anton was dominated until the {q-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{9-Spades} flop gave him trip nines. The board ran out {3-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} and Anton finished with a full house to triple up.

"I beat you," Skripkin told him after the hand.

"Yes, but he's my friend. Where are you from, Uzbekistan?" Anton replied.

"Russia," Skripkin answered.

"You look like you're from Uzbekistan. How do you beat me? What do you have?" continued Anton.

Skripkin replied that he folded queens. "Get the f**k out, you folded queens. You have 700 K and you folded queens," Anton said as the two players shared a laugh.

Cinca Slow Plays a Monster

Level 15 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Three players, including Alexandru Cinca and Eldaras Rafijevas, saw a flop of {9-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{j-Clubs}. Rafijevas and Cinca both checked to a player in middle position who tossed out 10,000, and only Cinca called.

The turn came the {q-Hearts} and Cinca again check-called a bet, this time for 15,000. Cinca checked for a third time when the {k-Clubs} fell on the river, and this time his opponent checked behind.

Cinca turned over {q-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} for a full house and his opponent nodded his head before mucking.

Koller Spikes the River to Double

Level 15 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Ran Koller was all in from the cutoff for his last 70,000 and up against Oskar Prehm from middle position.

Ran Koller: {a-Spades}{10-Hearts}
Oskar Prehm: {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}

Koller was looking for an ace to stay alive in the tournament but didn't find it on the {10-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{6-Spades} board. The river, though, brought the {a-Diamonds} and Koller earned a miracle double up of his short stack.
