Higher Kicker for Smajd

Damjan Radanov raised to 5,500 from the early position and the action folded all the way to Anze Smajd in the big blind who made the call.

The flop came 2Q2, Smajd fired out a bet which Radanov called.

The 4 on the turn made Smajd continue with another bet, this time for 10,000 which Radanov called too.

The river completed the board with the 9 and Smajd barreled another 10,000 into the pot. Radanov called. Smajd tabled the KQ for Radanov to look at his cards and then reveal the QJ for the same pair but lower kicker to lose the pot.
