Shorr Gets a Shove Through Green; Green Takes a Few From Morgan

Level 14 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Action was heads up with a big pot that appeared to be over 100,000 and a full board of 75238 and Shannon Shorr was all in for his last 79,000. Richard Green spent some time in the tank and counted out his chips before he ultimately got away from it to give Shorr the pot.

A few moments later, Green was heads up again with a full board of K74J8 and around 50,000 in the middle. Green fired 36,000 from the small blind and that was too much for John Morgan, who tossed his hand in the muck.

Lonis Picks Off Orpaz' Bluff

Level 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante
Jesse Lonis
Jesse Lonis

Jesse Lonis notably lost the Day 1 chip lead last night in a big pot against Tom Orpaz, but he's bounced back and has re-taken the chip lead through the same opponent.

In a heads-up pot on a board of 938J4, Orpaz put Lonis to the test by betting 100,000 with more than that already in the middle. Lonis counted his chips as he hid his mouth beneath his hoodie and eventually called.

Orpaz tabled 108 for just a pair of eights as Lonis showed 98 to win the pot with two pair.
