Level 6
: Blinds 300/600, 600 ante
Joe Malebranche raised to 1,500 from middle position, and was called by a player in the hijack, and the small blind Robert Salera.
The flop came 8♣3♣4♦ and Salera checked to Malebranche who bet out 2,000. The hijack folded, and Salera raised to 5,000, which was called by Malebranche.
After the Q♥ on the turn, Salera bet out 11,000, which was called by Malebranche.
The river was the 7♥ and Salera bet 17,000. Malebranche who was visibly frustrated, sat in the tank for nearly a minute before finding a fold, to give the pot to Salera.
