With about 12,000 in the pot and the board reading 7JQQ, the big blind led out for 1,500 and Escandon made it 5,500.

The big blind thought for a moment and said "I don't think you have a queen but my pair is not good," before mucking his cards.

In a blind versus blind battle, Jordann Kimley bet 3,000 on a board of A3102 and Sara Ralston raised to 10,000. Kimley then moved all in for 35,000 and Ralston snap-called.

Kimley had 32 for two pair, but Ralston showed 22 having hit the last deuce in the deck on the turn to make a set. The river was the 10 and Kimley was sent to the rail while Ralston raked in the massive pot.

"You play very good," a good-natured Kimley complimented Ralston on his way to the exit.

Carey Applies the Pressure

Level 4 : Blinds 200/500, 500 ante

Irene Carey raised to 800 under the gun, the player in the hijack three-bet to 1,200, and Chia Hsu four-bet to 2,500 in the cutoff. Carey then came over the top with a reraise to 5,900, prompting a fold from the hijack and a call from Hsu.

The flop came 2107 and Carey continued with a bet of 2,800. Hsu made the call.

The turn landed the 9 and Carey sized up with a bet of 13,000. Hsu placed 1,300 into the middle, not realizing the bet was 13,000. After understanding that he was facing a much larger bet, he elected to give up his hand.
