Lavin's Turn Shove Gets Through
Level 7
: Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
Action folded around to the player on the button who bumped things up to 2,000. Michael Lavin defended his big blind.
The button continued for 2,500 on Q♦7♠6♦ before Lavin check-raised to 9,000. His opponent made the call.
Lavin moved all in for 28,000 on the 5♠ turn and his opponent gave it some thought but eventually released his cards back to the dealer as Lavin took it down without having to see a river card.
