Benyon Plays Jacks Carefully
Level 4
: Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
Brandon Mueller raised to 1,100 from early position, before Alex Ha three-bet to 3,700. The big blind David Beynon called the three-bet, as did Mueller.
All three players checked the 3♠9♥5♥ flop.
After the 2♥ on the turn, Mueller bet out 4,700, which made Ha fold, and Benyon called.
Both players checked after the 10♣ on the river. Mueller showed down 7♦5♦ for a pair of fives, but Benyon had the winner when he tabled J♥J♣ for a pair of jacks.
