Action folded to Edward Leonard in the cutoff, and he raised to 8,000. It folded to David Meschel, and he defended the big blind.

Meschel check-called a bet of 5,500 after the 7♣A♦A♥ flop, and the [4cd] on the turn for 22,000.

Both players checked after the 10♦ and both players checked, and Meschel turned over 7♠6♠ for two pair aces and sevens to take the pot, as Leonard tossed his cards in the muck.

The turn 5♦ peeled off and Wasch fired 17,000. Once again Rubin called.

Lavin was ahead with ace high, and jumped further into the lead after the 7♥10♥3♣ flop giving him a pair of tens. But after the 6♣ on the turn, Zambanini now had a gut shot straight draw to go with his king as outs. The river brought in that straight draw, as the 8♥ hit the felt, giving Zambanini the straight, and eliminating Lavin.

Penza was ahead but the big blind had two over cards to the pocket pair. But after the board ran out 3♠Q♣J♥10♥10♦ Penza's pockets fours were still best, to give him the pot and eliminate the big blind.
