Ritchie Building a Stack

Action folded to John Wilson in middle position, he raised to 3,400 and was called by John Ritchie in the cutoff.

The flop came 66A and Ritchie called the continuation bet from Wilson.

After the 7 on the turn, both players checked.

The river was the 9 and Wilson bet out 14,000, and was snap called by Ritchie, who turned over A9 for two pair, aces and nines. Wilson who was visibly frustrated tossed his cards in the muck.

Ju Doubles Through Csik

Action was picked up on a J86 flop with 7,000 in the middle.

Peter Ju bet 3,500 from the small blind and Christopher Csik raised to 11,000 from the big blind. Ju reraised all in for 45,000 and Csik called.

The turn J rolled off before the river 6 hit the felt, completing the double up for Ju.

Cochran Puts Skyllas in a Blender

Action folded to Christopher Cochran in middle position, and he raised to 3,200. It folded to the Nicholas Skyllas on the button, and he made the call. Once the blinds folded, it was heads up to the flop.

Both players checked after the 5A8 flop.

After the J on the turn, Cochran bet all in, for 35,500, and this sent Skyllas into the tank. After several minutes contemplating what Cochran could have, a player at the table called the clock on Skyllas. But as soon as the player called clock, Skyllas did put in the chips to call, putting Cochran at risk.

Cochran was ahead with his pair of aces, but Skyllas had outs for a flush, or queen to make the best hand. But when the river came the 7 the pair of aces for Cochran were still best, to give him the double up.

Action folded to Justin Vaysman on the button, and he raised to 2,500. The small blind folded, and Nicholas Skyllas in the big blind made the call.

The flop came 759 and Skyllas check-called a bet of 4,500 from Vaysman.

Both players elected to check after the 6 turn, and 3 river.

After Vaysman checked back Skyllas said "No bluff? I would've snapped" and tabled 76 for two pair, sevens and sixes to take the pot as Vaysman mucked his cards.

Weng continued for 6,200 on K105 and the small blind called.

Weng fired 13,200 on the J turn before the small blind raised to 30,000. Weng put his opponent all in for his last 15,000 chips and he made the call.

The river 4 rolled off completing the elimination for Weng and a pile of chips.

Scrimenti Knocks out Robinson

Action was picked up on the flop, with 4,000 chips in the middle the board showing 109Q. Ajani Robinson was all in for 13,300, and John Scrimenti called to put him at risk.

To Scrimenti's delight he was ahead with his king high, and gut shot straight draw, against the jack high and open-ended straight draw of Robinson. Once the turn came the J it left Robinson drawing to a chop, as Scrimenti turned the straight. But the river was the 7 and Robinson was eliminated from the tournament.

Yaghnam Hangs on

A player in early position opened to 2,400 and John Wilson called from the cutoff. Ziad Yaghnam three-bet to 6,800 from the big blind and only Wilson made the call.

Both players checked the 4A2 flop before Wilson bet 7,000 on the 4 turn. Yaghnam called.

Action went check-check on the 6 river and Yaghnam took down the pot with A7.

Bilinsky Makes Trips

Sebastian Harasim raised to 2,400 from early position, and was called by Istvan Szabo on the button, and the big blind Christoph Bilinsky.

The flop came 7K3 and Bilinsky checked to Harasim, who bet 1,800. Both Szabo and Bilinsky made the call.

After the 9 on the turn, it checked to Szabo on the button, and he bet 6,000. Bilinsky called, and Harasim folded.

Both players checked to showdown after the K on the river.

Szabo showed Ax9x for two pair nines and kings, but Bilinsky had the winner when he tabled K6 for trip kings to take the pot.
