Collopy Sends One Out; Lopez Survives a Sweat
Aaron Klausman moved all in for 60,000 from the button and Jim Collopy called in the small blind.
Aaron Klausman: A♥4♥
Jim Collopy: 10♠10♥
Klausman was looking for an ace to stay alive, but he missed the K♣5♥7♣4♣2♦ board and was sent to the rail.
At another table, Adam Lopez from under the gun and David Trager on the button had all their chips in the middle going to the flop.
David Trager: A♥Q♥
Adam Lopez: A♣A♦
Lopez had picked up two aces, but the 6♥4♦3♥ flop gave Trager hope with a flush draw. The 4♣ turn was safe for Lopez, while the 3♠ fell on the river and Lopez secured the pot.
"What a sweat. As soon as I saw that first heart on the flop," he yelled out after the hand.
"Pretty gross," another tablemate added.
"It was going to be gross either way," Lopez replied.
The stacks were counted down and both players happened to have the same 62,500, and Trager was sent to the rail.
