Mammen Leaves the Table in Shock
Level 17
: Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
A completed board of A♦5♠5♦7♠A♥ was spread across the felt with around 300,000 in the middle. Carl Shaw checked from the big blind and Joshua Mammen slid out a bet of 200,000 in the cutoff.
"Really?" Shaw questioned as he leaned back in his chair. "You have an ace?"
A few moments had passed and Mammen started some table talk of his own. "I could have a flush draw," he hinted, which got a chuckle from Shaw who then quickly folded.
"I have neither," Mammen continued as he turned over K♠Q♥ for complete air.
"Wow! That's savage," one player at the table chimed in as the rest of the table gasped.
