Yifrach Separates Himself from the Short Stacks
Level 30
: Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
Thomas Boivin looked down at his cards in the cutoff and just ripped all in as the big stack. Gal Yifrach picked up a premium in the small blind and called off his stack of 1,945,000. The cards were tabled and it was Yifrach in the lead.
Gal Yifrach: J♠J♥
Thomas Boivin: 7♠7♥
The flop came J♦9♣5♠ and Yifrach flopped a set of jacks to hold a huge lead. The 3♣ on the turn left Boivin drawing dead to the 6♠ on the river as he passed over a double up.
