Ates was in bad shape against the king-jack of Kiwisch and needed a lot of help from the dealer or he would be the next elimination at the final table.

The help from the dealer came for Kiwisch on the J♦3♣3♥ flop as he improved to top pair. The remainder of the board ran out 8♦6♣, and Ates' GG Million$ journey came to an end in seventh place.

Jamil Wakil raised to 400,000 from the cutoff holding 8♥6♥ before Moussa Ahmad three-bet to 800,000 from the hijack with A♠K♦. Wakil made the call when the action got back to him.

Wakil check-called a bet of 800,000 from Ahmad on the J♣6♦J♥ flop.

The turn came the A♣, and Wakil check-folded to a bet of 1,000,000 by Ahmad.

Krasimir Yankov raised to 400,000 from early position before Jamil Wakil three-bet the small blind to 1,100,000. Moussa Ahmad used a time bank before cold four-betting to 2,200,000 from the big blind. Yankov folded 6♥6♣, but Wakil called to see a flop.

The flop came down A♥8♠8♥ and both players checked to see the K♠ appear on the turn, which again checked through. The 7♣ landed on the river, prompting Wakil to bet 960,000. Ahmad thought for a while and then called.

Wakil turned over A♣Q♦ for a pair of aces to take down the pot, as Ahmad just had a pair of nines with 9♦9♣.

Jamil Wakil made it 400,000 under the gun and Peng Chen defended the big blind.

Chen checked the 3♣6♥8♣ flop, and Wakil slid in a stack of red T-100,000 chips to put Chen all in. Chen had 1,620,000 remaining and quickly pushed them across the line to put himself at risk.

Chen was ahead with top pair against the straight draw of Wakil. The 2♣ turn was great for Chen as he picked up a flush draw to cancel out some of Wakil's outs. Chen improved to two pair on the J♦ river, and he doubled up through Wakil.

Moussa Ahmad made it 450,000 from early position before Weiran Pu jammed from the hijack for 4,215,000. When it got back to Ahmad, he called to put Pu at risk.

It was the second time that a player was at risk with a dominated ace, and this time, Pu was the one looking for a queen to survive.

The dealer spread out the 7♥10♣8♦ flop, which offered no help to Pu. A 10♦ turn gave some chop opportunities, but the K♣ river gave Ahmad the winner with a pair of kings.

Ahmad became the new chip leader with seven left, while Put headed to the cashier's desk to collect his eighth-place payout.

The dealer fanned out a flop of A♠5♠3♣ and Ahmad checked his option over to Chen, who placed out a bet of 550,000. Ahmad continued in the form of a call.

Two checks followed the 3♥ turn to see the 8♣ appear on the river. Ahmad meticulously gathered together a bet of 1,500,000, which Chen reluctantly called.

Ahmad slowly turned over 4♥2♦ for a flopped wheel, which won him the pot as Chen mucked A♣Q♦ for top pair.

Weiran Pu raised to 400,000 from early position with A♦10♣ and Jamil Wakil defended his big blind holding 8♣7♣.

Both players checked the 9♣8♦Q♥ flop to see the 7♠ fall on the turn. Wakil bet 975,000 with bottom two pair, and Pu elected to call.

A seemingly blank 2♦ rolled off on the river, and Wakil put Pu all in for his stack of 2,640,000.

Pu immediately tossed in all of his time banks and went into the tank for a while. After burning through a few of them, he decided to fold and give up another pot to Wakil.
