Yong headed to the rail in fourth, and the remaining three players went on a short break.

The dealer spread out the flop of 3♦5♦8♥, and Yong checked. Nouira bet 3,000,000 and was met by an instant shove by Yong. Nouira had 15,500,000 remaining in his stack, and quickly called.

Both players had top pair, but Nouira's ace-kicker had him out in front. The A♦ turn gave Nouira two pair, and left Yong drawing dead as the irrelevant 10♠ hit the river.

Nouira doubled up to the chip lead, while Yong was left with under ten big blinds.

Rob Yong limped from the small blind and Phil Ivey raised to 1,900,000 from the big blind. Yong limp-jammed for 12,900,000, causing Ivey to go into the tank. After around two minutes, Ivey called for about half of his stack.

Yong was all-in at risk for the first time on Day 3, and just needed a safe board to double through Ivey.

The Q♥2♥J♣ flop gave Yong top pair, but Ivey had a straight draw. Ivey picked up some more outs on the 8♠ turn, but the 7♣ river didn't provide Ivey with a straight, and around half of his chips were sent over to Yong.

Ivey bet 800,000 on the 7♣J♠A♥ flop, and Nouira stuck around with a call.

Ivey and Nouira checked the K♥ turn for the 8♥ to roll off on the river. Two more checks came and Ivey was playing the board with 6♦4♦. Nouira flipped over a pair of sevens holding 7♦6♣ and the pot went over to him.

Yong checked for the last time on the J♥ river, and Ivey threw out a bet of 6,000,000. Yong snap-folded and Ivey dragged in the pot.
