Klein Rivers a Straight and Gets Schulman to Pay

Level 6 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Morten Klein
Morten Klein

Morten Klein opened the hijack and Nick Schulman defended from the big blind.

They saw a flop of Q68, where Schulman check-called a bet of 20,000 from Klein to tsee the 9 drop on the turn. Again Schulman checked, and again he called after Klein bet 45,000.

A 7 put a four-liner on board and after Schulman checked for a third time, Klein bet 83,000. Schulman used some extra time before he eventually paid it off, and then mucked when Klein showed 104 for a straight.

Bellande Involved as Boika Out-Kicks Tang

Level 6 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Jean-Robert Bellande
Jean-Robert Bellande

Danny Tang raised to 13,000 from under the gun and Boris Kolev called in the hijack. Aliaksei Boika called from the cutoff, and Jean-Robert Bellande also called out of the big blind.

"This is strange," joked Tang. "Make sure you write that," he added, probably in reference to how Bellande thinks every action his opponents have been making is unusual.

The flop came 59Q and after Bellande checked, Tang continued for 25,000. Kolev folded, but both Boika and Bellande called.

A 10 turn and 2 river both checked through, and Bellande mucked his cards. Tang showed Q7 for a pair of queens, but Boika had him pipped with QJ to take the pot.

Mustafov's Six is Good at Showdown

Level 5 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Morten Klein opened to 12,000 on the button and Fahredin Mustafov called in the small blind. Joni Jouhkimainen also came along from the big blind.

Three-ways to the 36K flop, where all three checked to the 7 turn. Mustafov bet 15,000, Jouhkimainen called, and Klein took some time before he folded.

Both players checked the A river and Mustafov's pair of sixes with 65 took the pot.

Maue and Dvoress Both Have Flush Draws

Level 5 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Daniel Dvoress
Daniel Dvoress

Joni Jouhkimainen raised the cutoff to 14,000 and Leonard Maue three-bet from the small blind to 65,000. Daniel Dvoress then four-bet the big blind to 120,000, which got Jouhkimainen to fold. Maue called.

On the 774 flop, Maue checked and Dvoress bet 50,000. Maue then shoved, and Dvoress called off his stack of 322,000 total.

Daniel Dvoress: A10 All in
Leonard Maue: 98

Maue wasn't happy about his situation, and it was clear why as only his pair outs were live. None of these outs appeared on the 2K runout, and Dvoress doubled up.
