Myrmo Flops a Straight to Win

Level 14 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Joni Jouhkimainen made it 140,000 to go from the hijack and Espen Myrmo jammed for 430,000 from the next seat. Jouhkimainen called when the action got back to him.

Espen Myrmo: AK54 All in
Joni Jouhkimainen: AKK3

Myrmo took a commanding lead in the hand after the 867 flop was delivered, as he improved to a straight. The remainder of the board came Q10, which didn't change anything, and Myrmo doubled through Jouhkimainen.

Martirosian Doubles With a Boat

Level 13 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Artur Martirosian
Artur Martirosian

From the big blind, on a flop of K5A, Artur Martirosian check-called a small bet by Gergo Nagy, who was seated in the cutoff.

Martirosian checked again on the 4 turn, and Nagy bet 125,000. Martirosian check-jammed for around 440,000, and Nagy called to put Martirosian at risk.

Artur Martirosian: AK86 All in
Gergo Nagy: AJ102

Martirosian had top two pair, but Nagy had straight and flush outs he could hit to win.

However, the board-pairing K river wasn't one of them as Martirosian improved to a full house to double-up.

River Card Leaves Komaromi Stunned

Level 13 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Alex Komaromi
Alex Komaromi

Jorryt van Hoof started out with a limp from the button and Manuel Stojanovic completed out of the small blind. Alex Komaromi potted it to 120,000 from the big blind, which only Van Hoof called.

Komaromi bet the pot on the Q68 flop and Van Hoof jammed fo 365,000. Komaromi called and the players flipped over their hands.

Jorryt van Hoof: Q1087 All in
Alex Komaromi: KK109

Van Hoof had top two pair, but the K on the turn gave Komaromi a set of kings, and meant Van Hoof needed to find a nine on the river to survive. A miraculous 9 fell on the river and Van Hoof doubled with a rivered gutshot straight.

Gryko Gets the Perfect River to Eliminate Two Players

Level 13 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Richard Gryko
Richard Gryko

Richard Gryko, Stanislau Melhui, and Matthew Wantman were just involved a three-way all-in, with Gryko holding the largest stack and the opportunity to eliminate two opponents.

Matthew Wantman: AAK10 All in
Stanislau Melhui: AQJ9All in
Richard Gryko: QJ86

Wantman had aces, but anything could happen with five cards to come. Gryko ended up with the best hand on the J2576 runout, as he rivered two pair, which meant Wantman and Melhui were out.
