Both players checked the A♦4♥3♣ flop. Garcia made a full house on the 4♣ turn and bet 1,250,000, but Pugh-Jones quickly folded K♣J♥8♥7♦.

Pugh-Jones then limped in with A♦J♠4♦2♦ and Garcia checked J♣10♦9♥5♠.

The 10♣5♣4♥ flop was checked through, and Garcia then bet 250,000 on the 9♣ turn with two pair. Pugh-Jones called and improved to two pair on the A♥ river. He then bet 1,100,000, and Garcia folded.

"One more time I can't look at my hand. After that, I have to look at my hand," Filip Aleksic said as Gruffudd Pugh-Jones limped in from the button. Aleksic then put in his last 600,000 in the small blind, and both Cesar Garcia and Pugh-Jones called.

The J♦J♣4♠ flop was checked, and Pugh-Jones bet 250,000 on the 7♥ turn to chase away Garcia.

Pugh-Jones turned over J♠9♥6♦5♠ for trips. "I guess I'm dead," Aleksic said, opening up A♦9♣7♣6♣ as he was already going around to shake his opponents' hands before the 10♦ completed the board on the river to seal his elimination in third place.

Aleksic Begins His Spin-Up

Filip Aleksic put in his last 50,000 on the button and both Cesar Garcia and Gruffudd Pugh-Jones came along in the blinds.

The K♦Q♥3♦A♥3♠ board was checked down, and both Aleksic and Garcia showed jack-ten for a straight to chop the pot.

Aleksic was forced all in from the big blind the next hand, and Garcia and Pugh-Jones again checked down the A♥Q♠9♣Q♦9♥ board.

Garcia ended up with A♠9♦6♥3♦ for a full house, but Aleksic had a better full house with A♦K♥Q♣5♥.

"No way," Garcia said.

"What is happening?" Aleksic added.

The 5♠ fell on the river and Aleksic bet 6,600,000, leaving just 50,000 behind. Pugh-Jones tanked for a minute before flicking in a chip to signify a call, and Aleksic showed A♠5♣3♠3♣. Pugh-Jones turned over 9♥9♣8♠6♠ for trips to win the big pot, leaving Aleksic with just two 25,000 chips in his stack.
