Myrmo Gets on the Board
Level 18
: Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Cesar Garcia took down the first two pots uncontested with preflop raises. He then noticed there was a discrepancy in his chip count, and a tournament official had to count it out again and check the total number of chips in play.
Meanwhile, Garcia had opened again to 280,000 in the hijack and this time found a caller in Espen Myrmo from the small blind holding Q♠J♥10♠8♦.
The flop came K♦10♦3♠ and Myrmo led out for 720,000. Garcia quickly folded 10♣7♣6♥5♦.
Gruffudd Pugh-Jones then noticed a 500,000 chip was hiding in Garcia's pile of 25,000 chips.
