2026 Onyx High Roller Series
Level: 4
Blinds: 1,500/2,500
Ante: 2,500
Players are going on their first 15-minute break of hte day.
Yaman Nakdali raised to 4,500 from the hijack with Parahat Nurmuhammedov calling from the cutoff, and Anton Sergienko defended from the big blind.
After Sergienko checked the 6♠5♥10♣ flop, Nakdali bet 7,000, which Nurmuhammedov called. Sergienko check-raised to 20,000 and was met by a three-bet to 100,000 from Nakdali.
Nurmuhammedov got out of the way, but Sergienko paused for a moment, picked up his toy slot machine card protecter and spun the reels. It is unknown whether Segienko hit the jackpot, but whatever the result, he decided to move all in for 176,500. Nakdali called.
Anton Sergienko: 10♦6♦
Yaman Nakdali: 6♣5♣
Both players had two pair, but Sergienko's top two made him a huge favorite.
The 9♠ turn meant only a five on the river would send Sergienko to the showers. A 10♠ completed the board to give Sergienko a full house, and he doubled up through Nakdali.
With the flop showing 5♦7♥10♦, Adrian State and Kenar got all of their chips into the middle to create a pot of around 360,000, with State being the player at risk.
Adrian State: 5♥5♣
Kenar: 9♦7♦
Kenar had a pair and flush draw against the bottom set of State. State needed to fade a diamond, or he would be the first elimination of the Main Event.
The J♠ came on the turn and the 4♠ landed on the river, meaning State's set of fives held up and he doubled up.
Alex Kulev has just taken his seat in the Main Event and is sitting with a fresh starting stack of 250,000. Kulev took down the opening event of the festival, the $10,000 No-Limit Hold’em Opener, for $384,150 a few days after doing a heads-up deal with Damir Gabdullin.
Kulev went on to win the extra $70,000 and the trophy after starting the heads-up match with a 3:2 chip disadvantage.
Gabdullin and Kulev are now seated again at the same table, sitting directly opposite each other, and are likely to tangle again.

On a completed board of 7♦10♣5♣10♠Q♥ and with around 130,000 in the pot, Raoul Kanme was first to act from the big blind, and bet enough to put Aleksandr Chernikov all in. From the hijack, Chernikov had about 95,000 left in his stack and decided to let it go.
A few hands later, Damir Gabdullin raised to 3,000 from the hijack and Naryman Yaghmaie called from the big blind.
Yaghmaie checked it over to Gabdullin on the 4♥K♣7♦ flop, and Gabdullin bet 6,500. Gabdullin called.
Yaghmaie went for another check upon seeing a J♥ roll off on the turn. Gabdullin fired a second barrel of 14,000 and was met by a check-raise to 40,000 from Yaghmaie. Gabdullin quickly folded, allowing Yaghmaie to pull in the pot.
Stanislau Charvinski limped from the cutoff before Christopher Puetz raised it up out of the small blind. Charvinski called.
Before Puetz had checked the 9♦2♥8♣ flop, Charvinski bet 10,000. Puetz then decided to check, and Charvinski bet stood. Puetz continued in the form of a call.
Puetz checked again on the 5♥ turn, and Charvinski placed out the same bet of 10,000. Again, Puetz called.
Check, check came after the 4♠ river and Charvinski took down the pot with 9♥6♥ for a pair of nines.
